The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

Everything from the saunas, indoor pool, deck chairs on the lake were great to utilise! There was even free stand up paddle board, boat with pedals which was fun. Breakfeast was the best buffet breakfeast i have had at a hotel, the staff were incredible chefs and very accomodating.

    Everything was great. The apartment is fully eqiuipped. Location was great - 10 min walking distance from city centre and 10 minutes from Minimundus by car. The host was very nice. We got all the instructions on how to get in the apartment via Whats app so we didnt even met him (only via Whats app).

    We liked spaceful and fully equipped apartment, especially dishwasher and coffee machine. Everything was very clean, bathroom is nice. Out child enjoyed swing and Netflix. Location is good, grocery shop is around corner, city center is in walking distance next to the canal, Minimundus and lake is a few minutes away by car, bus station is next to the house.

    This is a cute, well-equipped apartment (with terrace) in a quiet street, you can find everything you need (as in the kitchen, as in the bathroom). It is near to the Lake and the Minimundus (10-15 minutes walk), you can go there easily.

    The staff was really nice and friendly and we never had trouble finding a free parking spot inside the hotel’s parking lot. The location is amazing, because it’s within 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre and 10 minutes from Minimundus, Wörthersee and Viktring Monastery.
