It is perfectly located near the Macquarie University Hospital and the Macquarie Shopping Centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the evening meals are fabulous. Very comfortable and well sized room.

We didn’t put any specific requests before arriving, but once we arrived - I asked for a room with a Lake view and they were able to provide it! The room was great: spacious and clean. There is also a possibility to go to the university sport centre for free (swimming pool, gym, etc) And nice Crunch cafe within 5 minutes walk. This is definitely a place to relax :) We enjoyed staying and will definitely come back!

Clean, very accommodating as we had just emigrated and had 10 bags! They were happy to keep some in their storage. Staff were lovely and always happy to help

The level of service afforded by the front on house staff along with the friendly room cleaning staff was first class. Morning Cuppachino provided free of charge is a nice touch and nothing was too much trouble.
