The warm welcome when we arrived, much appreciated the air conditioned hotel. The staff at the front desk, bar, restaurant and housekeeping made us feel so welcome and they made our stay so enjoyable. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Best location

We had a night flight, we arrived at the hotel early in the morning. After a short wait the room was available and we could also have breakfast. On the second evening, there was fruit waiting for us in the room. There was a kettle for making coffee/tea in the room. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel wifi worked very well.

Excellent location very helpful and efficient staff. Ali helped us out with my credit card situation. Ali was extremely helpful went out of the way to sort out my credit card situation. Also we checked out at 3 pm instead of 1. With no extra cost. Would definitely stay here every time i visit baku will also recommend this hotel for the beautiful baku city stay

1. CLEANING is so good. 2. Staff is helpful, the reception guy Ali and Manager Farid who has the same name with me helped me a lot. After a long time, i have visited my motherland, so i don't know some places. 3. There is a place for reading, this is one of the best things ever i like in hotels 4. Wifi is good. 5. There is public parking in front of the hotel, as they said, this is useful. 6. The most exciting is the location, location is near everything by walk distance.

    We had an amazing stay at Sapphire City Hotel. The location is superb - on Nizami street, extremely close to Fountains Square and the Old Town. So many options for food and shopping within walking distance. The staff is super kind and friendly - they made sure to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommended.

    The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient (walking distance to the seaside boulevard, the Fountains Square and underground station Sahil). There is a bonus: quite a decent breakfast. Lack of an elevator is a minus, but the staff helped me to carry my luggage up and down the 3rd floor.
