Fareed at the reception is a star. He was very helpful and took care of all our needs and even helped explain to the kitchen staff how we wanted our eggs to be cooked. He is an asset to the hotel and speaks fluent English. The family enjoyed the stay as the rooms were big in size and well equipped with everything that one needs. We will surely stay at the hotel next time we come to Baku.
