Staff was great, everyone was very professional and nice. Room was beautiful, clean and neat. The spa & pool area is exceptional. They also have massages and facials in offer - big recommendations! Restaurant is also nice, food is great and very tasteful. All around the property is forest, so it’s peace and quiet.

The hotel is very very good. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, in a good location in the town, with great parking. It is on the bank of the river and has a very spacious and nice terrace. The breakfast was not a buffet, but several types of breakfast could be chosen from a menu. The ham and eggs and club sandwich were unique. Well done, you exceeded our expectations.The area seems completely lively and safe (at 23.00). The border crossing with the Croatian part is 20 meters away.

We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful at this wonderful hotel good customer service from the guy how check me in tne afternoon and provide me a wonderful room 837 and also in the lebanon restaurant thanks to Basel he has been so nice and very welcoming from the hostess at the door We where suprising with room service who couldnt give us wine opener and said hotel have only wine opener and is closed so he doesnt have any opener ..... This 10 stars goes to Basel and the guy at front office .. and all the staff include the house keeping..
