Everything about this hotel was amazing, the staff were lovely, the room was spacious and pretty, the location was unreal, and they even put out free homemade cakes for everyone to have. My first 10/10! A must-stay in if you're visiting Brugges

Fabulous hotel with ditto facilities and staff. The situation is absolutely perfect and our spacious room had a wonderful view over the Dijver. Great comfortable bed; breakfast and service excellent; super bar and spa. Highly recommend.

    2023 Christmas market, mainly food nothing like it normally...

    2023 Christmas market, mainly food nothing like it normally is. Looks and feels like they are just trying to cash in on the tourists. We have been for the last 8 years and this year will be the last. Most of the normal crafts and traditional stalls were missing. there were one or two but the rest were knitted hats etc that had been bought on mass from a ware house and at inflated prices. A few empty huts, and a whole row missing from previous years. We spent most of our time in the old town and looking in the local shops, which were much more interesting.
