The breakfast had a big variety of items and they were very good. Our room #113 was very nice with every imaginable convenience. We haven’t skied in years, but I have never seen ski boot dryers in a room before. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day. The weather was beautiful for our Glacier Sky Walk adventure.

A very high level of service and facilities. Great spar and pool. The restaurant was amazing with a 4 course menu that was presented in a very professional and high cuisine standard. Live background music.

The entire staff (from front desk to restaurant service to housekeeping) were amazing throughout my stay, offering exceptional communication and assistance at all times. The entire team is working together to ensure guests have a happy and care-free stay! My experience in the Junior Suite matched the description on the website in every way. It was newly renovated, very comfortable, spotless-clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the kitchenware needed. The balcony offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. There is a beautiful hiking trail to Lake Louise from the hotel which I highly recommend! But there are also busses running to get to the lake for 2$. Thanks for a wonderful time, especially to Karen and Carlos at the front desk!
