The location is perfect, easy to go around to some famous scenic spots, bus stops and good restaurants nearby on foot. The staffs are all very welcoming and helpful and they run 24hrs which gives us extra convenience. They recommended us many places and restaurants to visit, save us a lot of time. The room is spacious and cozy, they provide extra pillows and quilt in the room so we have no worries to fight for the stuffs while sleeping. We would rather just stay in the room all day than going out because the room was too comfy. Would love to stay here again next time when the restaurant at 1st floor is open, just to taste the food.

It was beautiful! A little like stepping back in time with tasteful antique furniture and all the home comforts you need. The breakfasts were amazing! Our biggest regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Beautiful hotel, with amazing amenities. Loved the mineral pools. Our room was stunning, with attention to detail. We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our 20th anniversary, which was much appreciated. Staff were always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Oak Bay Beach Hotel. A very nice hotel. Good rooms, clean, with a little balcony. A friendly and polite staff. The breakfast in the restaurant was tasty. Great location, all the main sightseeings were easy to reach. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

    Perfect location on the inner harbour. Very clean and spacious loft suite, enough room for family of four. Staff are excellent. The A/C works well on the lower level, though the loft gets a little warm on hot days - a ceiling fan would be a good addition!

    The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's literally a 2 minute walk to the inner harbour steps, the huge legislature building, the museum etc. Loads of food options on the doorstep. Good little pool and hottub just off reception which was well looked after. Big car park on site. Staff were helpful and quick to respond. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect!

    This is a beautiful and stylish place to stay within easy walking distance of Victoria Inner Harbour. There was a cute note on the door for my arrival. Information to help with everything as a visitor was laid out. If you have the opportunity to go to the family area I totally recommend it, it is stunning. The suite was cosy and comfortable with a fab communal area. I enjoyed sitting in my courtyard amongst the beautiful garden after a long day exploring.

    We have come to the Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour at least 4 or 5 times, we keep choosing this hotel as the staff are always great, the location is great, as it is walkable to downtown. We park the car when we arrive, and never touch it again until we leave. Priced right.

    Location is great - right by the Inner Harbour and directly across from the Legislature Building. (which looks really great lit up at night). There is a green area on the property to walk around. The hotel is pet friendly. We enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is underground parking available. Beds were comfortable.

    We stayed in a harbour view suite and while a little dated decor wise, was clean, extremely spacious with magnificent views of Victoria inner harbour. The price we paid was really reasonable and overall the best accommodation we stayed in of the 10 different hotels we stayed at during our Seattle / Canada road trip. Also note ferries from Seattle / Port Angeles dock directly in from of the hotel so really convenient.
