MalaysiaThe staff were so accommodating, great responses prior to our trip via the messaging on Booking.com and so lovely when we arrived with doing what they could to get us checked in early. Particular shout out to Isabel (I think - from England?) who was on the reception most times when I popped in. They went above and beyond with arranging a little surprise in our room for my friend's birthday, and allowing us to park ahead of our check in time so we could walk down to Lake Louise. The thoughtful touches in the rooms, such as the granola bars and oatmeal, coffee machine with tea, plenty of towels, etc., made our stay feel very luxurious. It's in a beautiful location, so quiet, and feels like a lovely smaller place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful.
Beautiful. Go in June before the crowds and go early in the morning. Most people stay around the hotel but if you walk along the lakeshore, there will be fewer people. Went in May and it was easy to book accommodation and get around.However Lake Louise Gondola doesnt open till end of the month-old Banff Gondola open year round. Best meal at the Train Station where we ate outside and watched the Rocky Mountaineer arrive. Visited the lake by Parks bus as it's $ 21 to park and only $ 11 by bus.Beautiful lake with lots of walks from it.Best to go early to miss crowds. However the routes are quite steep ! It's a gorgeous looking place on a sunny day, though expect everything to be expensive. The staff are amazing, the location is beautiful, we had a room over looking the lake and the view was like a painting! Restaurants have lovely food. If you are visiting Lake Louise I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else, we could enjoy the lake at our own pace once most of the day visitors have left and the hotel organises shuttles just for guests to other popular sites like Moraine Lake for a reasonable price.Guest review bysaraUnited Kingdom

Lake Morraine and Lake Louise Shuttle from the hotel is very convenient. Breakfast options are buffet or A la Carte. A little expensive i think, very good food. Nice indoor pool and steam room plus hot tub. Would be lovely it it was outdoors! Love the rooms with a balcony where you can open the doors and have lovely fresh air. They were super welcoming and helpful especially with parking and recommendations for how to get to Lake Louise without the Parks Canada shuttle. The whole hostel was extremely clean especially the bathrooms and shower which was wonderful.
