The bathroom was a bit dated but was so clean that it didn't matter. Location was perfect. Walking distance to parliament, Byward market area, the Rideau Canal, museums and many other attractions. The valet attendants were courteous and service was quick. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! We left our car in the parking garage for 2 days and walked everywhere - museums/shopping/restaurants and the Rideau Canal Skateway. I really like that there was a small fridge in the room which we used. Bed and bath linens were good quality/clean. Everything was very good which we expected for a 4 star hotel.
