I was very happy with my stay at Hotel Alpina. The owner Richard was very easygoing, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was perfect, good variety, they make eggs however way you want them. The room is a good size with a comfy bed. And for my room 201 the bathroom was renovated and very nicely done. I even got a partial view of the lake from my room. The attention to detail throughout the hotel made it so funky yet so cozy. I would definitely stay there again. There’s also a beautiful pathway from the hotel that takes you directly parallel to the lake and a little waterfall

The place was very close to the Interlaken West train station and there are several shops and markets within 5 minute walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean so we had a comfortable stay. There was a closet in the room and there was also extra closet space in the hallway, which was nice. On top of the location and the place itself, what I really appreciated was service. We arrived very late, but Veronica proactively reached out so that we can get into our room without any trouble. Veronica is so nice and sweet and she even gave us a ride to the West station after we checked out. The station is only minutes by walk, but we had 2 big luggages and a toddler on a stroller so the ride to the station was very helpful, especially at 6:30 in the morning. Thank you Veronica for your hospitality!

    The hotel is at walking distance from Interlaken West train station. It is a spacious hotel, with a big decent size lobby, indoor swimming pool and a cafe. The rooms are spacious and have enough storage. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, the guy checking us in, volunteered to take our pictures in the beautiful garden. Our kids could play in the lobby, the breakfast was served indoor and outdoor. The breakfast spread was also good and they had baby seats as well.

Our room was very basic with a small bathroom, but it had a beautiful view of the Alps and Jungfrau, which was a real highlight. Breakfast was simple but decent, served in a cosy breakfast room that added a nice touch of charm. Overall, it’s a no-frills place—nothing wow, but perfectly fine for a short stay in Interlaken.

    🏞️ Wonderful Stay with a View The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk from Interlaken West train station and bus stop, nestled between two stunning rivers. The check-in experience was warm and welcoming, thanks to the friendly lady at reception. Our room featured a balcony with breathtaking views of the river and mountains—truly one of the most memorable hotel views I’ve ever had. While the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s well maintained and very clean. The breakfast with good options, including various juices and milks.

    Excellent accomodation! Very good location and walking distance to both Interlaken West Train Station and Interlaken Ost Train Station. There is also a bus stop right outside the hostel. There was free breakfast every morning which was very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and professional-- when we had to check out in the morning to catch a train, they gave us a Coffee Machine token and a Croissant so that we can quickly eat on the way to station ❤️

    The hotel has a great location, just 10 min walk from Interlaken West train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and cafes around the hotel as well as different shops. Bus stops are also very near. I liked my stay very much.

    The hostel is very nice and with great view, our room is facing the mountain which is an added bonus. It is located in a quite place but within a walking distance from the Interlaken west train station and a bus stop is only 400m away. For early arrival they allow you to store your luggage in their luggage room. Given the high cost of food in Switzerland, their breakfast provides great value. It's a deal you won't find elsewhere, so I recommend booking without hesitation.
