JapanThe staff is the nicest I've ever met! Obviously the whole place is like a dream, I'm definitely coming back!
The location is perfect, very close to the lake.
There's coed spa and women-only spa, too, which contributes to the level of comfort.

SwitzerlandThe hotel and the staff, everything is absolutely fabulous. Will come back again! It is one of the best hotel experience I have had so far. We were amazed with room and all the tailor made equipment for kids and our dog, everything was waiting for us in advance. Spacious and beautiful room. Staff is unbelievably pleasant,kind and helpful. During the breakfast it was so calm and quiet even there was lot of people. The energy and atmosphere is absolutely divine. Not to mention gardens around, spa, everything is 5 stars and more.

The location was excellent, being close to the train station and the Grancy Metro, which we used to go down to Ouchy a number of times, as it was so easy. We were able to leave our cases in the shop underneath the studio (while the shop was open) and they took them up for us when the room was ready. This was very helpful. Good communications with the hosts. The property is well located in Lausanne.
