Clean and good size rooms. Very helpful front desk staff, Kiki, always giving me good advise on where to visit for local food to try. The hotel is very close to the 2 convention halls. Also very near to Tianhe district where lots of shopping and food places are.

My stay was absolutely phenomenal, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP. The reception team was so welcoming and warm, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were attentive to every little detail and made sure I had all the information I needed, plus they offered helpful local tips with a genuine smile. A special mention must go to the personal assistant, who made my stay truly unforgettable. She studied in Switzerland and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I could possibly need, from personalized activity suggestions to making sure my room was always perfect. Every day, there was a delightful surprise waiting for me at the entrance — whether it was a unique local experience, a thoughtful gesture. It was such a lovely touch that really made me feel special. The room was nothing short of perfection — not only beautifully designed, but every little detail was meticulously thought out. It was clear that this hotel truly cares about its guests' comfort and happiness. This hotel is a true gem, and I honestly can't wait to return. The level of service, the attention to detail, and the warm hospitality made it a stay to remember. If you're looking for a place where you feel truly taken care of, This is the perfect choice.     This is a very surprising apartment. It has just opened and everything is brand new. The room has a washing machine that can dry clothes and cook meals. The air conditioning is very powerful. The front desk service is warm and friendly. The room cleaning staff are polite and keep the room in perfect order, clean and tidy. Although it is not in the bustling area, there is the No. 11 subway right downstairs, which is very convenient. It is a direct route to Beijing Road and the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall. I really recommend it.

    Adjacent to the core of Poly World Trade Center and Canton Fair Exhibition Hall, the hotel has a clean and comfortable environment and plenty of hot water, which is very important for a rest after a busy day. The front desk is professional, the staff is warm and polite, and they can actively help solve problems when they encounter them. Comprehensive geographical location, facilities and services, the cost performance is very high!

    We absolutely loved our stay at Fraser Suites! The apartment hotel was incredible and the staff were so lovely, serviced minded and helpful - good English too. Great location in walking distance to many shops and resturants. The hotel offered a shuttle bus to Canton Fair which was super convenient. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Guangzhou later in the year :) Highly recommend!

    Staying here was a wonderful experience. The proximity to Line 5 Taojin Station (only 1 min walk) made getting around Guangzhou a breeze. The free shuttle during the Canton Fair was really thoughtful. The apartment itself was tidy, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I’d stay here again without hesitation

    This was my first time in China, and I truly appreciated my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive and consistently friendly. The rooms were comfortable—slightly dated, but spotlessly clean, which is what matters most. Daily housekeeping was impeccable, and the breakfast offered a decent variety of options suitable for Western tastes. The shuttle service to the Canton Fair was always punctual and reliable. Just be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to secure a seat.

    All staff we met are very polite and helpful, especially the guy who is in charged of the Canton Fair. He deserves 5/5. Location is super convenient. The building is attached to Glenview Shopping Mall. The entrance to the apartments is in between Marriott hotel and the Nike shoes shop. Perhaps you can refer to the attached picture. The entrance should have the name Magnolia but it does not say that. The reception is on 27th floor for check in.

    Very helpful hotel staff despite communication difficulties. Despite this, one person who spoke English rose to the occasion. Very quick responses to questions to the hotel. Getting help with every query. Fantastic location for those visiting the Canton Fair. Great metro connection from the airport and the hotel rents several buses free of charge for fair participants. There are many restaurants around the hotel and everything is within reach. Thank you for your warm welcome during my 1st visit to China
