I had an excellent stay at the Guangzhou Wanguo Yuanbao Hotel, especially during the Canton Fair. The service is genuinely five-star, with staff that are both polite and attentive, enhancing the guest experience significantly. They even provided complimentary coffee starting from 10 AM, a nice touch for those who appreciate a morning pick-me-up.The breakfast options cater to a diverse palate, featuring both American and Oriental selections, all delicious. The rooms were consistently clean, with daily refills on amenities, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.Dining options nearby add to the appeal. Tao Tao Ju, located within the hotel complex, offers delicious dim sum and Cantonese cuisine and holds the distinction of being Guangzhou's oldest dim sum restaurant. A short walk away, around 500 meters, is Dim Dou Dak, another excellent choice for dim sum. For those interested in a night out, a 1.5 km walk will take you to a whiskey bar and pub. There are plenty of other food options nearby, so meal options are plentiful and varied.Overall, I give this hotel a superb 5-star review for its outstanding service, cleanliness, amenities, and fantastic surrounding dining experiences. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Guangzhou!

My stay was absolutely phenomenal, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP. The reception team was so welcoming and warm, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. A special mention must go to the personal assistant, who made my stay truly unforgettable. She studied in Switzerland and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I could possibly need, from personalized activity suggestions to making sure my room was always perfect. Every day, there was a delightful surprise waiting for me at the entrance — whether it was a unique local experience, a thoughtful gesture. It was such a lovely touch that really made me feel special. The room was nothing short of perfection — not only beautifully designed, but every little detail was meticulously thought out. It was clear that this hotel truly cares about its guests' comfort and happiness. This hotel is a true gem, and I honestly can't wait to return.
