Room and toilet are clean, tidy and spacious. The bed is comfortable. It is a Tibet-styled hostel. The hostel is located near to the square and just need 5-10 minute walk. 20-30 minute walk to the palace. Wifi is good. Staff are very nice and she gave me cheaper price for the room.

    The hotel is a restored former residence belonging to an ancient high ranking lama. Set within the old neighborhood of Lhasa it gives you a real Tibetan experience. All the rooms are large, colorful, with a grotto like bathroom and plenty of seating areas. The roof terrace of the hotel gives you a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the Potala palace which is lit up at night.

    The most beautiful rooftop terrace ever, with 360 degree view on the mountains and Potala palace!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice room with comfy beds. Could stay only for one night but would have loved to stay longer.

    breakfast is OK and the staff in buffet is kind. The location is perfect, it takes 3-5mins walk to Tibet museum and norbulingka. And if you want you can go to Potala Palace by walk. The hotel has good view of Potala Palace

    Thank you very much to the boss for taking care of me and my family. They are clean, comfortable, and decorated with a local atmosphere. Although in the alley, it is very easy to find it by following the navigation, and it is very close to the main scenic spots around it, which is very convenient. The cafeteria on the roof can overlook the Potala Palace.
