Just perfect !! The room's view of xi'an was beautiful, the situation of the hotel was so convenient ( near subway, convenience store and shopping's store). And the room .. the bed is so great. Beautiful stay !! The housekeeping's service (ladies) on the 11th floor was so nice and helpful. And your tea time (free) is also a nice break during a hot day !! Thanks

This hotel is great, conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants, and offers good value for money. However, the highlight of our stay was Liz's exceptional support. She was incredibly helpful, took the time to arrange many things for us, and ensured that everything went according to plan. One morning, she even walked with us for about half a kilometer to help us find the right tour bus. We can't thank her enough for her support. I rate this place highly for the overall experience.

This hotel is a definition of perfection. An amazing hotel that is strategically located, tastefully designed, and well-maintained. The staff are all professional, polite, and helpful. I especially love the room: the layout is a bit unique, but it gives a cozy ambiance. I like the small closet & the bathroom is beautiful, and of course the bidet really makes a lot of difference into my stay in China.

    I really enjoyed my stay at Sofitel on renmin square. My room was huge with a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and extremely helpful. Special thanks also to Mr Yao and all the staff at the lodge as well as Mr Zhang at the Bar Bambu for their kind assistance.
