superb location, great room (suite great value for money with BF, lunch, afternoon tea and good dinner; although we also ate several times at the nearby malls with huge number of choices) ; pool and gym where good; staff was always very helpful at any request (specially the russian lady from a small town near St Petersburg 😀); really enjoyed the stay and having ~ 100 hotel nights every year this hotel is VERY recommendable.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was so nice especially Nick ! He help us a lot with everthing. It was our first time in china so we weren’t used of many things but thank to him everything was easy. He is a real asset for the hotel. The room was nice and location very convenient.

Everything was wonderful. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room which was perfectly clean, the whole staff was always friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was delicious, free coffee at the lobby and tea in the room. We will definetly come again. Special thanks to Maya who made our stay special with her little gifts and heartwarming aditude!

The hotel is simply amazing!!!Excellent location, very close to all the sights and the main pedestrian street. There is a metro station right across the street. Rich breakfast for all tastes. Comfortable clean room with view and wonderful amenities. The lobby smells fantastic and a robot is constantly cleaning. Find the concierge Willi, always a smile, very kind, particularly eager and helpful, he saved us with the VPN that he installed on our mobiles.
