The staff was very polite and smiley. Every time you need something they help. The pool was clean and big enough to swim. The food was really good. Everyday cleaning. Nice bar at the pool.

Purpose of our visit was to attend a function at the city of dreams, Serenity Haven was 20 mins walk or 4 mins drive from the venue . Located on a quiet side street with on site parking . Excellent communication with the host . Very spacious , clean and comfortable.
