Everything was up to a level. Very nice hotel. Looks better than in the pictures. Nice big rooms, great fitness room. Excellent breakfast!

Personnel, especially Janina were great. Hotel was quiet and clean. The bathroom was modern and nice. I really recommend this hotel.

I should say that in fact we were upgraded to the Bulow Palais next door: all my comments therefore relate to that. The Bulow Palais breakfast is superb: everything you want.

This hotel oozed luxury from the moment we stepped inside. The staff were so helpful and the room was amazing. Beautifully appointed with a really large room, bath tub, double vanity and a shower.
