We truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel (Room 637) from September 24 - 27, 2024. We appreciate the surprise given to us upon our arrival. We were also delighted by the level of service given to us by the hotel employees. Everything was great. The staff was nice, the room was big and had natural light, loved the furniture. The bathroom was clean and had good lighting.

The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin is located in the heart of the city at Potsdamer Platz, neighboring Berlin’s largest inner city park “Tiergarten” and situated just a 7 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate.

A combination of a high-class hotel and an apartment. It is an excellent place to spend a few days or stay longer, thanks to spacious rooms equipped with small kitchenettes. The bathrooms are great and comfortable, so is the fitness room and Spa area. The breakfast is exquisite, and the staff encourages guests to try hot dish and drink options. The entire team is very helpful and professional. I also need to add that it's a great hotel for runners - it's next to Tiergarten, and you can quickly get your clothes ready for another run (the hotel provides washing machines, dryers, and detergent).

I had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel in Berlin. Everything was truly superb — the bed was incredibly comfortable, the pillows were perfect, and I slept better than I have in a long time. The room was quiet, clean, and cozy, making it easy to relax after a full day exploring the city. The location is also fantastic — close to everything, with great access to public transport and walking distance from many of Berlin’s top spots. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended and I would definitely come back!
