It's a very beautiful hotel in the heart of Cochem, near the Moselle river, within walking distance to all sights. Very friendly, helpful and awesome people work at hotel, it was a very warm welcome, like at home. Room was clean and bright, and the breakfast was delicious. Wanna say thank you for all.

Old beautiful building with stunning views. 15 minutes walk to the city square. I liked everything about it, the relaxed atmosphere, plenty of cozy spots to spend time, wine cabinet :) the terrace is worth the thrip by itself. and have i mentioned the views?

The location is amazing in a sleepy half-timbered riverside village straight out of a fairytale. The staff were friendly and eager to help and ensure everything about the stay was perfect. The food was excellent and the buffet breakfast ticked all the boxes.

Cochem Castle

From its hilltop perch, this grandiose castle dominates the sky over Cochem. The original 12th-century construction was destroyed in 1689, but some years later businessman Louis Ravené bought the ruins and erected this magnificent Neo-Gothic beast as a summer residence. Not a bad spot for a second home.

    There are 2 walking routes to the castle.

    There are 2 walking routes to the castle. One is more steep which is at the bottom of the castle's hill and is marked by a mini tower, the other one is a more gradual slop by Sabrina's Kitchen. Otherwise take Bus 771 only buy the ticket to get there and walk back down so don't have to wait for the returning bus.

    Second time staying here, the hosts are very responsive via their online portal. Spacious apartment (we were in 11) with balcony and lovely (if not slightly narrow) view of the Mosel and Cochem Castle. Facilities are excellent in the apartment, with all you'd need for your stay. Walking distance to the town centre, but far enough away that it is quiet. Shutters on the windows are a huge bonus! There is ample parking.

    Everything was perfect, we booked the apartment for 2 adults and a child and we were surprised that everything was exactly like the pictures. Spotless space, comfortable beds and bathroom, cute and functional kitchen. And all above this, the amazing view in the river and on Cochem castle, it was so cosy to be inside and having this view with the fall colors. we didn’t need to use the car for 3 days, everything was walking distance.

    Apartment very well located (near to Cochem Castle), properly equipped and identical to the photos (it is actually bigger than it appears in the photos). The cleaning was impeccable. Even though the apartment doesn't have an espresso machine, they made sure to have a filter and coffee for anyone staying. My family felt welcomed.

    The location was excellent , a short walk into town and the river Mosel. Only 600 meters from Cochem Castle which was visable from the kitchen window. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and welcoming. She did not speak English but used the translator app on her I Pad to great effect. Car parking on site or at the alternative site 100 meteres away. Parking was 7 Euro's a day payable in cash at the end of the stay.

    The apartment was extremely clean and had all amenities to make it a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Everything felt brand new in the apartment. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk down the hill and you have restaurants, cafes, other stores for shopping and of course the Rhine River. There is a view of the Cochem Castle from the window in the kitchen. Wifi was good.

    This property was absolutely stunning, in a great central location close to the train station and a short walk from the old town. Many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Exceptionally clean, spacious, well equipped apartment which we absolutely loved. Addition of a balcony with a perfect view of Cochem castle was a bonus. Host was very accommodating and communication was fantastic - thank you so much, we highly recommend this apartment to others visiting Cochem.

    There are many choice of food for breakfast and the landlord take good care of every customers. The room is very clean and well maintained. The rooms with balcony have great view of the Mosel and the Cochem castle, especially the corner room #3. There are plenty of space for parking. After a day of visits you can enjoy a beer and snack (curry wurst, hamburger, ...) in the hotel garden (close at 6PM)
