I really liked the location of the hotel, Amira at the front reception was superb helpful in helping me settle quickly and gave me recommendations on places to visit and enjoy in Sharm el Skeikh. Clean and really nice views from the sea view room.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured that our check-in was smooth and efficient. They were always smiling, professional, and attentive to all our needs. A special thanks to Ash from guest support, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was assisting with our room requests, giving us tips on the best activities, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, Ash truly made our holiday exceptional. The resort itself is breathtaking, with beautiful views, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service throughout. Every detail was well thought out, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the variety of dining options available. I highly recommend Rixos Sharm El Sheikh to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel. We had a rest together with my wife. We liked everything very much, namely: 2 swimming pools on the territory, the beach, the food. The hospitable owner Hamid, who explained to us everything we wanted. I would also like to note the fast internet, because not every hotel has it.

- It was an extraordinary trip to this amazing resort, and to be honest I’d like to say it exceeded my expectations cuz it was really one of the happiest trips I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. - I could enjoy beach, many swimming pools, snorkelling, aqua park, restaurants, bars, I found everything I needed with a good value for money. - I’d like to thank everybody who works at this magical resort, especially the most friendly one who helped me to enjoy my trip... the receptionist: Mr AHMED ADNAN thanks sooo much., and I’d like also to thank Mr AHMED SHAWQI, and Mrs HANAN, thanks so much, and I’m pretty sure I’ll come back again & again.

    Jewel Hotel is located in the beautiful Naama Bay, on the beach. My room had a stunning view over the blue water in the daytime and over at the lights of the city on the night time. Friendly and helpful staff, modern rooms and bathrooms, room service, and outside food during the whole day, till 2 am. A mention for the people who like a glass of wine for dinner: they don't serve alcohol, but it is allowed to bring your own one. Thank you to everyone there, for your kindness, and for treating me so well!

    The location of the hotel is excellent — just a one-minute walk to Naama Bay, and getting to Old Sharm takes less than 10 minutes by taxi. As for the pool and other amenities, they are truly top-notch. Everything is well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is super relaxing. Highly recommended!

    The rooms are nice and so is the pool, all facilities are kept spotless and the staff is fantastic. The highlight is for sure the diving center, with amazing instructors and a dedicated training area at the seaside just 5 minutes walking from the hotel. If diving is your priority, this hotel is simply perfect. If it isn’t, you anyway have a fantastic position right at the heart of Naama bay, to enjoy the nightlife. Will definitely come back!

    I stayed at a hotel near the airport because I had a night flight. The next day I was looking for an apartment near Naama Bay. Then I found Traveller Naama Bay. The location was perfect, the apartment studio was newly built, spotlessly clean and had access to the garden. I stayed for 5 days in total. It was a place with a pool. The staff was nice. If I go again I would definitely stay there. I was very satisfied, thank you. For $17 this apartment was perfect. In the center, easy to get to.

    My third time here, always great. Staff is very welcoming and lets you feel at home. Good position, a 15 minutes walk to Hay El Nour if you want to live a real Egyptian experience, outside the common places in Sharm (Go eat at Abo Ali). 5 minutes from old market, hadaba or naama bay by taxi. Rooms are clean and quiet. Food Is better than some 5 stars hotels i've been. Always a good experience at this place.
