The idea of having different corners with different activities is nice. I think it’s worth to pay for the room with the balcony. The ocean is right in front of the hotel. The view is amazing. The location is very beautiful. Very close to Playa de la Arena. Parking is available in front of the hotel. Tastefully decorated, very clean and well equiped with anything you might need, everything smelled so good and felt very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and accomodated all our needs. A few minutes walk to the Natural Swimming Pool and the beautiful town Los Gigantes. Around 20 minutes walking to the sandy beach “Playa de la Arena”. Our one-bedroom apartment was well equipped and had a beautiful sea view from the large balcony. Staff, Loui and Rosie, are very friendly and helpful. Playa de la Arena is a touristy area but all the restaurants that we tried served good food at reasonabe prices.The property was spacious, two bedrooms but also two bathrooms - one with bath and shower over, the other just with shower but very good for family with baby. Everything is near (beach, bars, grocery, bus station), but it is still very calm and the only thing you can hear is the ocean 💙I very much appreached barrier free access (I was travelling with a stroller). Apartment has everything you need - you feel like staying in your aunt´s summer flat :) Luis - the owner - has been very helpful (thanks again!).
