The cleaning was SPOTLESS. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Everything was fresh and nicely arranged. This hotel has the best croissants ever! The entire hotel staff were super friendly and being in their natural serviceminded element. Great location in a quiet part of the city but walking distance to everything. I would come back for sure!

Location is perfect - close to the train station and a quick walk from old town. The neighbourhood is lovely as its a pedestrian street with several restaurants and coffee shops. I even used it to go for a quick run the mornings ! Their terrace is small and cozy! Their staff is so so friendly and made sure all my queries were taken care of. I was staying alone and it was my first time in Palma but I felt safe and comfortable here for a whole week!

Really nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. A tasty breakfast with a fair amount of options to choose from was a pleasant way to start your day. The complementary welcome drink was definitely a nice touch.
