Don't get too excited unless you're a fan of Daniel on the Channel 4 show, The Undateables. But it is typical of the fun fair of England's piers, which were quite popular in the late 1800's and early 1900's. It's a peak back in history. The rides do not operate all year, but the coin games are inside and are open year-round.

Initially we received the keycard for a small room but the smell was awful in there. We asked for another room and the staff was very helpful with that and we received another room which was really beyond our expectations. A beautiful view on Brighton Pier when the sun went down.Free Parking right in front of the hotel.A very good spot to enjoy the boulevard and the beach.

The location was very good. Just in front of the beach even though it was a bit away from the Brighton pier but in a way it was quiet away from bust area.

The location is key as it is directly opposite the seafront. Within 5 mins, you reach Brighton Pier, and the lanes are literally as you step outside the hotel from the back. The bed is enormous and super comfortable. Size of the room is very spacious, and the shower pretty good (not a wet room but OK).

The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate our terminally ill father, who was stating with us. They were unfailingly helpful and did everything they could to help with our stressful and difficult situation. The prices were reasonable and the location, right near Brighton pier, was ideal

Every staff member, from reception to the restaurant, greeted us with exceptional warmth and friendliness, genuinely making us feel welcomed. The breakfast we enjoyed was of top-quality. The toiletries used are L'Occitane. Additionally, the hotel’s location is very convenient, situated comfortably between Brighton Pier and the i360 Tower.

I loved that the hotel was right on the seafront with beautiful views of Brighton Pier. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made me feel really welcome. I really enjoyed the air‑conditioned bar downstairs, especially during happy hour. My bedroom was lovely and dark thanks to the blackout roller blinds and thick curtains, so I had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast in the morning was cooked to perfection and even better because I could enjoy it while looking out at the pier.
