The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. If you like Hen & Stag nights, loud music, grubby streets, grubby buildings and partially clad people (both sexes) who should really not be partially clad, then this is the place for you. The fact that the council has built a superb new tramway passing along Broad Street and made massive improvements to Centennial Square only to have these investments completely negated by the lack of 'clean up' of Broad Street is beyond velief.

The hotel was situated in an ideal location on Broad Street, walking distance from the city centre. Parking was beside the hotel building. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, I found the bed very comfy but my wife didn't! It had a decent shower so all good. The breakfast was good you could get waffles, cereal etc., or a hot breakfast like sausage, bacon etc., so that was a good start to the day. A better breakfast than other similar hotels I have stayed in. I enjoyed the stay, if visiting Birmingham I would recommend.

Great location 2 mins from the Train station and the Bull Ring shopping centre and a 10 min walk to Broad Street and Gas Street Basin entertainment areas. Also Express supermarket below building handy for provisions. We picked up the fob key from local agents 4 mins away from the building. The apartment was large and spacious, the beds were comfy and the showers were hot. Safe building with entry by fob and concierge/security on street level.

We was told to avoid Broad Street as its the trouble-some area but we found it very pleasant and less drama then a Friday night in Brighton. Deff recommend if your under 25. If your over 25, check out the Arcadiam - its more up market, so nice dresses and heels for that one.
