Try to go early in the morning or later in the afternoon to avoid bus tour crowds. You can walk down the path outside of visitor center hours, so can easily walk down before the visitor center opens, then visit the center afterwards to see the exhibits of how the causeway was formed and do your shopping.Guest review byKatrinaUnited States - 10.0

Excellent guided walk , guide was very informed and gave very funny rendition of old food tails and the history of the Causeway . Coffee shop was able to provide cakes and scones . It was nice to have an apartment with amenities to be able to make myself coffee or food during the day.
