This hotel just made our stay in London. They care about sustainability, carbon emission, and generate renewable power from geothermal below the ground and above from the sun. In the room there is a bin which helps to separate waste and I really liked it. They do not use plastic. I really like this approach and I would like all hotels to be like Room2 Chiswick. They even offer oat milk sticks in the fridge!

The staff were all very friendly, the facilities were excellent, it was spotlessly clean and we loved staying there over our long weekend. We wanted to stay somewhere a little special and we made a great choice.

The hotel is excellent and spotless as is to be expected. The staff are extremely helpful. We booked with breakfast included and I informed the hotel that my husband is celiac and dairy intolerant. As we walked into the breakfast room, the staff on hand explained everything to him. Everything was labelled, which is refreshing being able to choose with peace of mind. Plenty of options ranging from healthy to indulgent. The room was quite at night. The hotel is literally just round the corner from Lancaster Gate Tube Station. Very bright and airy room with a lovely view. Its a shame we only had one night here.

I normally do not take the time to do reviews, but here it really is necessary: the people throughout the place were all so friendly and welcoming in what I thought a sincere way and there was a homey feeling, even though it actually belongs to a huge multinational company, you would not believe it when you come into this quaint small place.

    Big room, big and comfy bed, decent sized bathroom, great shower. Pod coffee machine provided. Good location a short walk from Hammersmith station. Clean and spacious room (particularly by London standards) with easy after-hours access (once you have a key). Didn't notice any noise from the pub below (though we were not there on a Friday or Saturday night). Genuinely a great stay.

    We love this hotel its so clean, comfy and modern. The location is ideal with the tube station a very short walk away that takes you right into the heart of the action. Hammersmith itself is also lovely with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. The complimentary mini bar, slippers, robes, and Rituals products are a lovely touch.

    Charming hotel, well located close to Hammersmith. Easy to go anywhere in London and convenient to Heathrow airport. Room was quite small and bed wasn't very big either, but everything was clean and comfortable, bath modern and clean, with good shower, toiletries and towels. We did not have breakfast.

    Super clean, close to white city tube station central line and wood Lane circle line/ hammersmith and city line. Some lovely cafes a short walk away near the television studios. Close to exhibition white city where the event we were going to was. Host responded quickly to all queries and, although we didn't use it, the coffee machine with pods and the biscuitsand sweets jar was a nice touch.

    This was our second stay in this hotel, we already stayed here 2 years ago. We had different room than last time, it was visibly reconstructed and renovated room. Great location right next to bus stop and 10 minutes walk to 2 different subway stations (Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush). Breakfast was simple but enough to start a day. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

    The location was fantastic. Walking distance to Hammersmith train station. Many conveniences are near the station, convenience stores, bakeries, etc., all within easy walking distance. Apartment was good with decent size fridge, microwave, etc. Washing machine/dryer was great. Would certainly recommend for families or those touring without a car. Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to get us settled in.

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Room 2 Hammersmith. From the moment we arrived, Ellie at reception gave us the warmest and most professional welcome I’ve ever experienced – truly the best receptionist! The whole place is spotless, beautifully designed, and has that stylish loft feeling we both loved. The little London garden is such a charming touch. Everything was perfect from start to finish – thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
