great location friendly and approachable staff very clean and nicely decorated room We returned to our room when the pub was closing at 11pm so I can’t comment on noise levels as it didn’t impact us.

The hotel is excellent and spotless as is to be expected. The staff are extremely helpful. We booked with breakfast included and I informed the hotel that my husband is celiac and dairy intolerant. As we walked into the breakfast room, the staff on hand explained everything to him. Everything was labelled, which is refreshing being able to choose with peace of mind. Plenty of options ranging from healthy to indulgent. The room was quite at night. The hotel is literally just round the corner from Lancaster Gate Tube Station. Very bright and airy room with a lovely view. Its a shame we only had one night here.

Love it! It's an attraction both for children and adults! Beautiful unique animals. You can see that staff are very responsible taking care for each and every creature. There is also A section for butterflies flying freely, you must visit it. I recommend

    Excellent day out.

Excellent day out. Long walk from Regent's Place through the park if you have kiddies. Better to hop a bus that drops you outside the door. Spend all day here - don't try to cram it into a couple of hours. Watch out for the schedules for feeding times etc, and plan your route accordingly - it's all posted on line, so you can do it in advance.

As a former US zookeeper, I have to say that it was clear that care of the animals, not "business" is the priority. I applaud them for that! Most, exhibits were large, clean & natural looking with an abundance of hiding places for the animals and access to their sleeping quarters. Never saw the lions but the exhibit must be wonderful for them. There is however is a deciduous tree on the far elevated side that looks like it could be used for escape (or entry), if desired, as it looks to extend over the cement habitat wall. Collection & physical plant is much smaller than I imagined for London.

Great location, close to train station, nice park opposite. Host was really helpful with directions to property. Really clean area, the local council do a brilliant job daily cleaning up. Also close to London Zoo, which is a must see as they allow some close ups to lemurs with no barrier for no extra charge.
