The rooms were very comfortable. The very old house has been done up delightfully. The dining for both breakfast and dinner was high quality and the setting was impressive. The shared lounge room was an extremely nice place to sit, especially when the fire was set for our second night. We enjoyed a lovely stay. The location is fabulous and there is easy access to the Dorset Coast and Corfe Castle.

Warm welcome, comfy bed, good food and drinks, excellent breakfast. I liked that we had allocated parking for our room. Also cold water and a fridge in the hallway outside the rooms. Room was modern and much nicer than expected. We were there Sunday evening and enjoyed a delicious roast dinner. We were very grateful for an early breakfast (pre-ordered) as we were catching a ferry. The village is good for an after dinner stroll, there's a Tesco express and another nice pub up the road. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice, spacious room with good facilities. Great breakfast options and good quality food. Right in the heart of old Poole town, yet not so near the sometimes lively (noisy?) quayside. Staff very helpful and personable.

Beautiful view on the Poole Harbour and Brownsea island. Really stunning. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. We had a dinner in the restaurant at the bank holiday break and it was very nice. Mussels and steak were excellent. Staff was very nice, caring and polite. All in all a good hotel

Everything. The apartment was so modern and felt brand new. It had all cleaning facilities too. Smart tvs and even an Xbox for the kids! The kitchen was amazing. Lots or utensils and everything you needed. Breakfast on the balcony with the sun shining was an added bonus! It is really close to supermarkets and under 10 min drive to Poole Harbour. Sandbanks beach is also only 10 mins away in the car. We did not want to leave. Quay Lettings are super helpful too. We will use them again 💯

Lovely, spacious rooms, good views, very comfortable. We had my 83 year old mother with us, we were meeting her 87 year cousin at a restaurant on Poole Harbour. Old Custom House meant that we didn't need to worry about driving anywhere, it was just a 2 min walk to the restaurant. Four of us stayed in the apartment at the top of the house, my mother had a double room on the first floor. Love the Old Custom House history, it was a beautiful day so we made the most of the views and coffee shops.
