We stayed after our wedding and the team made it truly magical with special touches to the room. The breakfast is excellent and service overall was exceptional. The grounds are beautiful to go for a walk. The atmosphere in the hotel and grounds is relaxed and very peaceful. We would definitely visit again....a big thanks to everyone for making the stay so special.

Everything was great. Check-in was quick and easy, rooms are scattered over 2 floors so no long waits for the elevator, staff go above and beyond to provide the best service. The breakfast buffet is to die for as is evening buffet, the hotel grounds are lush and health club has so much to offer for the much needed r&r that we sought. It's a stone's throw to the train station for access to surrounding areas and London and parking is free.

We were attending a function at the hotel and decided to book our accommodation there. Everything was excellent from beginning to end. We were upgraded to a suite which was really spacious. All the amenities were very good.

    We had the best time… home from home. We were made to feel so welcome by ‘go away’! I know she will be smiling at this!! No expense spared throughout the property, the decor and facilities were amazing. The location was perfect for our boys to enjoy Thorpe park whilst we went exploring. We parked at Datchet and walked to Windsor along the river with views of Eton and Windsor castle. We will 100% be back, thank you so much again.

    Great location for Thorpe park (9 minute drive) and fantastic walk into Staines for train to London (£9 per person return). Such a cosy little house that the 5 of us (2 mums and 3 teens) called home for 4 nights. Such a sociable and clean happy home.

    Visited here as was going to Thorpe Park. Lovely hotel. Rooms were great, bed was comfy, 2 pillows, 1 hard, 1 soft. Clean & comfortable. Reception staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Thanks for a lovely stay. Will definitely stay again when visiting Thorpe again. Literally 5 minutes drive away. Brilliant.

    Used it as a stop for a weekend break to Thorpe Park, didn’t really explore the town but lovely hotel and restaurant/Indian and the staff were excellent. Including posting lost items to our home very efficiently. Can’t remember the guys name but he ran the restaurant in the evening and reception, was very polite, including running our uber eats delivery to the door - which wasn’t asked of him at all and rather a professionalism of not wanting the uber driver to poke around the hotel.

    If you are looking for somewhere to stay when visiting Thorpe Park, Chessington or Legoland, this place is excellent. The apartment was large, very clean, comfy and a great base to settle for a few days. There were plenty of towels and pillows and has been looked after. The bonus is secure parking for one car. We will definitely be booking again for next years theme park trip.

    Very clean apartment and perfect for our family trip to Thorpe Park. Digital keys are a very welcomed tech upgrade to locking systems and not worrying about another set of keys. Kids loved the free WiFi and Netflix for TV to entertain them when relaxing. Also a fantastic location being just off the high Street. Lots of restaurants and all you need for food and home items such as Lidl, Tesco, Wilkinson to name a few within 2 minute walk.
