United StatesThis is a newly built modern hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff there are exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful! We enjoyed staying there so much the first time and that we booked another night there on the way back from visiting Mestia. This is the nicest place we stayed in while traveling in Georgia!

Czech Republicthe helpful receptionist showed us the parking space behind the hotel when the parking lot in front of the hotel was full, the room was spacious and pleasant, the hotel has an elevator, only the pool was obviously the hotel's but also open to the public, so sometimes it can happen that there are swimming lessons for children and the pool during that time it is not accessible to others. In addition, even if you have really short hair, you have to wear a swimming cap, which can be rented at the hotel, but we were a little amused by this fact.

IrelandThe hotel is a beautifully renovated building a few moments from the train station.
We had a family room with very comfortable beds. The hotel has a lovely restaurant and bar downstairs with classic warm decor and a nice breakfast and dinner menu. It also has a really nice outside area, equipped with a bbq, etc.
The staff were very friendly and helpful
I would recommend this hotel for all seasons.

Location is good, close to Stalin museum, a good restaurant down the street and a grocery store across. It is very quiet. The hosts are amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. Staff was super kind and very helpful (they arranged a very convenient collective taxi to Tbilisi for us with a pick up directly from the hotel). The food of the restaurant was one of the best culinary experience we had in Georgia. It is a 20 minutes walk from the Stalin museum but taxi is very cheap. Lia runs the guest house and became our second mother. The rooms are beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The Guest House is 5 minutes walking distance to the Stalin Museum. Lia provided us with fruit and an amazing breakfast. She plays piano beautifully after everyone had breakfast in the morning. I can not recommend this guest house enough!
