New exceptionally well designed suites. Very comfortable and terrific position overlooking Valtos beach. A very easy 3-5min walk to be on the beach. Staff and service fantastic ( Panos was a great host )… met every high expectation and hope we had for our stay.

We liked the view. The pool outside was great. The kitchen outside near the pool was awsome. We stayed for 2 days in the villa (three hills). We cooked and had great time in the villa. Its in the mountains. No noise a lot of quiet. We enjoied the 2 days and we had great time. We recomend this villa. We were 8 adults and there were 4 bedrooms nice kitchen with all you need

This resort was by far the highlight of our holiday in Parga. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there.The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back soon😍I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10. 🌟

    We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Parga. The host was incredibly welcoming, greeted us with coffee, and even gave us local olive oil as a gift. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and had private parking — a big plus in Parga. Valtos Beach is just a five-minute walk away. Although we had to leave earlier than planned, the host was very fair and gave us a partial refund. Highly recommend!

    The room was perfectly clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning both inside and in the hotel’s garden. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Valtos Beach, with shops nearby, a convenient restaurant next door, and easy boat transport to Parga. The host was very kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Another big plus was the convenient parking spot right in front of the hotel—parking in the area is very difficult to find, so this is a must if you’re visiting by car.

    Our view over Valtos beach from the balcony was breathtaking. Best view in Parga! Lovely owners who were so friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean and cleaned every day to perfection. Bonus having a pool and very much needed in the heat! Again with stunning views. Perfect 9 day stay and will be returning without a doubt. 👌

    Modern, beautifully renovated/decorated apartment overlooking charming Parga old town. Excellent location surrounded by lovely restaurants and a short walk to both the town and Valtos Beach. Located within a few minutes walk of the castle too. Very hospitable host, who gave us clear instructions and met us in person making the whole checkin process very easy.

    Excellent new aparthotel. We had a large apartment with 2 bedrooms and living room with kitchen, where there is everything you need, new and clean. Very friendly hostess Elena. Free parking next to the hotel. Nearby there are cafes, taverns, supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. Located in the village Anthousa. To the center of Parga or Valtos beach about 8 minutes by car. Highly recommend!

    Kostas and all the staff made me feel very welcome when I arrived and throughout my stay. The hotel is superbly located on the hill overlooking the town, allowing for a relaxing stay, great views and easy access to both Parga and Valtos beach. The facilities are excellent including two pools to choose from. My apartment was spacious and very well presented. I will definitely stay again.

    The apartment was perfect, is very cozy, spacious, highest standard in cleanliness and the furniture and decoration are so nice. The street where the apartment is located is very nice and quiet and the location is very close to Valtos beach. The owners are the most amazing people, they were so welcoming and kind and always with a smile on - thank you for everything! We had an amazing time in Parga and we can highly recommend Olea Luxury Apartments - would gladly come again.

    The property is located right next to the Parga castle and ideally close to Valtos beach, which is the proper beach of Parga. The studio apartment was very clean and ideally equipped. The bathroom was also very spacious and modern. The host was extremy helpful and ready to assist with our needs. The beds were quite large and long therefore providing maximum comfort.

    Room in upper floors has absolutely breathtaking panoramic view over the sea and Parga coast. Literally the best view we’ve had - and we’ve been travelling a lot. You can see the sea from your bed, terrace is huge with sunbeds, table and chairs. The apartment was spotlessly clean, towels etc. changed each day. Room itself simple but elegant. Very peaceful and quiet surroundings. Valtos beach is situated just below the hotel, just a few minutes walk away. An absolute gem indeed!
