Everything is great! The hotel is just above the Harbour Bay, very convenient. Room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Swimming pool is clean with nice sea view especially during 4-6pm. On top of that, the hotel staff are the best. They very helpful and efficient, especially Kevin who made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. He was very patient in answering our questions, recommending food in Batam and explaining the culture and religion. He introduced us to the restaurant's chef Dinar, who personally prepared for us a unique Batam local cuisine Ketupat (traditional rice cake), rendang sapi (beef rendang), sambal goreng hati (fried potota with chicken liver), absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! We’ll come back again.

    The location is super convenient, around 5 minutes from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and ‘Welcome To Batam’ sign. Check-in was super easy, just picked up the key at reception. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with necessary amenities, including basic kitchen utensils & equipment, an iron, a hair dryer and even a beautiful view. Its also connected to a mall and surrounded by plenty of dining options nearby ( Mcd, Kfc, Morning Bakery etc). Highly recommend for anyone visiting Batam ! ☺️

    I like the cleanliness and the balcony view at night where you can see part of Batam coastline and the city lights. It is located next to the Batam Centre ferry terminal so make it extremely convenient to just walk in less than 5 minutes to sail home. The Mega Mall is situated opposite makes it easy to find food at the restaurants, bakery and hypermart. You can also shop at the Mega Mall boutiques and stores.
