The staff and facilities were just what we needed for a quick escape to Galway. We had a 6 month year old and they were wonderfully attentive. Their Christmas displays are amazing too. One of the best stays I’ve had anywhere in Ireland.

We were very fortunate to secure this booking and found the facilities to be first class and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for our needs and was quiet, secure and handy to the start of the Wild Atlantic Way. Good on-site parking. The breakfast and other small touches were very much appreciated. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The rooms also contained smart tv ammenities. The location was perfect—central enough to be close to all the major attractions but tucked away in a quieter neighborhood, offering a peaceful retreat as well as being attached to a delicious restaurant.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful (reception, housekeeping, in the bar/breakfast room). Room had everything I needed. Location is just perfect - everything in city centre within strolling distance. Buses within Galway and to Dublin/airport also just around the corner. I've already recommended the Western to friends who are planning a trip to Galway.
