Saladin Boutique Hotel is right where you want to be: Via Dolorosa is right in front of your door as well as all major sites in old Jerusalem. Just start walking in any direction you like and you‘ll always find something interesting. Everyone in the the hotel was super nice and helpful and made you feel welcome from the very beginning. No other place could be better than Saladin Boutique Hotel in old Jerusalem. If you happen to have a room with a balcony it’s even better. Then you can watch the lively street below you. We highly recommend this place. We specially liked to go to the roof to enjoy the view of the Dom of the Rock at various times of the day.

really really recommend!!! first the location is just perfect and the facility is newly renovated and secured. we felt really safe. the rooftop view is amazing and it is nice privilege that we can access any time. the breakfast is also perfectly arranged, european style. the restaurant was also good for value, quality and taste. we had really perfect stay here.

    The main feature of this facility is the roof terrace with amazing views of the Old City and the Mount of Olives Very nice and friendly staff. I was leaving the hostel for a day; they kept my trunk and brought it to my room when I returned. I booked a private room for 3. It had a private bathroom and a fridge. More kitchen options, like microwave, oven, dishes, etc., were available in the common kitchen The check-in is rather flexible: you need to arrive by midnight.

    Our apartment provided everything that we needed, we had our own bedrooms with a separate lounge, a washing machine and spacious shower and we were a 2-minute walk from Mamilla Mall and car parking and 10 minutes from Jafa Gate. Our apartment is close to all of the holy sites which you can walk to including the Mount of Olives. Restaurants and cafes are a brisk 9-minute walk away with Taco Luis a short 2- minute walk from the door. We felt safe and secure here. 10/10 rating.

    Great location right in the heart of the Jewish quarter and not far from most key attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully presented - exposed limestone walls, very quiet, clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room with a view towards the Mount of Olives. The room itself was spacious, well appointed and cleaned every day. The breakfast was a feast every morning - with a selection of hot and cold foods (both western and Jewish).

    The view is absolutely incredible. You can see all of the Old City from the top of the mount of olives. The downside to that is having to walk up and down some very steep hills to get to the Old City on foot. The hotel in general didn’t blow us away by any means. But it was definitely worth spending several hundred dollars less than the other options we were looking at.

    The view of the old city from the room itself and, particularly, the dining room was stunning. The location was great for exploring the old city, and we loved walking along the Mount of Olives to access the historic centre. Being just a 10-15 walk from the Garden of Gethsemane, Tomb of the Virgin Mary and a little further to the Temple Mount was ideal. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
