Location was excellent. Staff were very cooperative & made us feel more at home. Special mention Mr. Akash Sharma & Mr. Dhyan Singh along with Mr. Lucky who made our trip exceptional. I long for my next trip to Gauri Ganga if I am at Hardwar. Food was incredible !!!! We really liked it.

    As booking condition no advnce to be paid. but before one week of my tripp I made a call to Mr. Sachdeva on the mobile number which was given by you. H e said only the booking will confirmed first you deposit 20% advance. I have paid the advance as asked for. No basic ammenties as discribed by you were available, No shop, no cupboard, no cattle for tea. There is a garbage in fron of thehotel. Not satisfied.

    To take blessings of Maa Ganga🙏. I had achieved everything after taking a dip in the Ganges. During the evening aarti, floating earthen lamps in the Ganges creating a spectacular unmatched scene. Everyone should come here once in their lifetime.

    Location is good. Around 1.5 km from Haridwar Railway Station. Electric autos available any time from railway station and bus stand. Har ki pauri (Main Ganga That) is around 3 km from property. Hotel is clean. Staff is polite and helpful. It was nice experience to stay in this hotel. However, some improvements are requirement to enhance property service. The same was explained to staff and they agreed to implement the same. I will definitely visit this hotel during my next visit.

    Our stay was touristy yet peaceful. The rooms were cosy and worth the value for money. The rooms were clean as well. Staff was reliable and met our expectations. The staff’s attention to detail made our experience memorable. Location wise the hotel is not in the central so it’s peaceful and away from the hustle bustle but it is still near the market and at a walking distance from Har Ki Pauri so one can also enjoy the cultural vibe. Overall, the stay was really good.
