Everything about the stay was exceptional. My flight while coming from the North was delayed 3 times instead of 6pm I reached at 11pm. The airport transfer taxi was waiting steadfastly, I was received at the airport by hotel staff, then the check in was also promptly done in the room. The room was also decorated as requested. Ms Prachi at front desk did not rush us for checkout.

    The stay was comfortable and the location was very good. I was here for medical reasons and the ambience they have created around the house on the ground floor for a patient is very refreshing. The house is very close to Apollo Hospital, Jubilee Hills. The owner is friendly and approachable even though they don't live in India. The house help is hard-working and good. Overall my stay was nice, family-friendly and we could stay here peacefully.

    Spent a night here after our flight was delayed. Great hotel, efficient and friendly staff. The hotel is close to the Jubilee Hills breweries so had a last bonus night out in Hyderabad. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Exactly what you would expect from Park Hyatt brand, and would use again if returning to Hyderabad.
