I can't thank the Hotel Manager enough! Iceland was experiencing unprecedented weather with -20 temperatures. We had booked a lodge with a hot tub but because of the cold, the pipes had frozen. Naturally we were disappointed, it was my 50th birthday and we had visions of seeing the Northern lights from the tub. The Hotel Manager went way above what we expected, he moved us to another lodge and personally oversaw the filling of the new hot tub, ensuring it reached the right temperature. At 9pm whilst in the tub we saw aurora borealis! What a memory! Thank you!

This host Seamundur is just amazing! No better is possible. Icelandic breakfast was so good. Fresh sheets on the beds. Authentic house. Loved everything about this place. We were 14 days on roadtrip in Iceland and we stayed in 14 different guesthouses. This was our most loved place. Price more than worth. All my love.

Great location, amazing nature! At night the northern lights are clearly visible - wonderful! Hot pot in severe frost- unforgettable :) Very comfortable guest house, wonderful hosts, everything is very convenient and thoughtful. I recommend to all.
