Location: 5mins walk to Kyoto station. Easy to take all kinds of transportation, JR, bus, Haruka…… Room Size: very big! Which is quite rare in Japan. We three adults really enjoy the big space in the room Kitchen: nice kitchen utensils and plenty of bowls. We used them to cook a wonderful meal. Bathroom: can’t believe they have two washing basins there! Love that! Also, they offer high-quality products: shampoo from POLA(which I regret not asking if I can buy some from them), and hair dryer from Dyson. Lock: I admire they use password to open the door instead of electronic cards. We three all can open the door and don’t have to worry about forgetting the key. Staff: very kind and helpful

The courtyard at the entrance is very beautiful, check-in is very convenient, and amenities are available in the lobby on the first floor. The room is spacious with a large bed, and there is a small tatami. There are three cleaning modes to choose: regular mode, eco mode and no cleaning, which can be selected through the TV in the room every day. You can enjoy free afternoon tea and free alcohol in the evening. It takes only 5-8 mins to get to JR Kyoto station. so the transportation is convenient. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I would still choose this hotel if I come to Kyoto again next year.

The room is extremely comfortable for a short stay: you have tea/coffee, water refilled every day, traditional Japanese pajamas. Umbrellas are available.     This hotel is located close to a subway stop that takes you to Kyoto station in about 5 mins. Breakfast is excellent with fresh made onigiri and a mix of both Japanese and Western foods. Bed was very comfortable, soft, roomy and luxurious feeling. Staff was helpful and friendly.

    The location was an easy walk from Kyoto Station, and had bus stops out the front of the hotel. There were many cafes and restaurants within walking distance, as well as several convenience shops. The staff were friendly and obliging. The double rooms were small, but typical for Japan standards. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room very clean. It had a good size foyer, with seating.

    I't literally one minute walk from Kyoto Station, and somehow is in a quiet street. The lobby is a beautiful art installation. The room (and the bathroom!) was big and modern, everything was controlled with a built-in iPad Mini. But hands down the best feature of the hotel is the polite and friendly staff, going beyond even what you are accustomed to in Japan.
