The guesthouse was spotless throughout (cleaned daily) and our 2x twin beds room was specious. The shared kitchen/dining area was great and had everything we needed. We also liked the location, fairly close to Nippori Station, very close to Fabric Town, has a laundromat and multiple convenience stores nearby. The local bakery was also a highlight (Totoro pastries!) and we went there most mornings (it seems to be closed on Mondays). Highly recommended.Guest review byIraidaAustralia

The area around the hotel is quiet and filled with little restaurants, shops and a lovely bakery for breakfast. The reception was very kind and immediately helped us settle in. Perfect for you at midnight craving or need a beer. I'm surprised how spacious the room was( two beds room), after fitting two comfortable armchairs I can still open my 30 inches suitcase on the ground.
