Room: superior double room. The room itself was spacious compared to hotel rooms in general in Tokyo as it was 30sqm. This was naturally reflected in the price.
Bed - comfortable, appropriate for 2 people to sleep comfortably and unlike a number of hotels in the city, one side of the bed wasn't up against the wall. Having the extra sofa/bed was nice but perhaps unnecessary if there are only 2 of you staying.
Workspace - the table and chair were a positive for me as I needed to work from a laptop. WiFI connection was stable and fast during my stay.
Lighting - in the room was good for me; not to bright, not too dim.
Shower/bathroom - clean, good size, essential toiletries provided
