It's a recently renovated luxury hotel within The Tokyo Station building and some 15 min walk from the Imperial Palace. The level of service is unsurpassed and the personnel are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our Palace side room was very well appointed, quiet, pristine clean and with nice amenities. Public areas were tastefully decorated for Christmas. Breakfast choice is wide and the food quality is superb - you will be tempted whichever type of breakfast you decide to choose - Japanese, Western, Asian/ Chinese.

It is very close to Tokyo Station. You can cross the road from the north exit of Marunouchi. It can also be reached from the basement of the station, but it seems that not easy to find for the first time. And with great view of Tokyo station from the window.

    The location of the hotel is great! its just opposite the busy Tokyo Station with short walking distance. the room is generally clean, but toilet is not clean as there's hair stuck onto the walls (i dont know why and how?). from this i can see the cleaning team is just doing the basics. the room amenities is good too and replenished on daily basis. the skincare pack given was very luxurious too! there's laundry room with dryer on the 2nd level, and also free drinks (coffee/tea/water) station after breakfast hours.

    Great location (15 min with direct trains to Tokyo Station, Shibuya and Shinjuku). Additionally, in the vicinity of the hotel there was a lot of food options. Clean, well equipped room. Two washing machines available in the laundry room. (You need ¥100 coins and you can exchange notes to coins at the reception desk).

    Hamacho Hotel is amazing. All the hotel staff is wonderful and very helpful. Hamacho hotel is near to the train stations so make us easy to go around Tokyo, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Teamlab Borderless, etc. Our family walked from Hamacho Hotel to Tokyo Station (Marunouchi Square) only took 25 minutes. Our family enjoyed our stay at Hamacho Hotel and we will stay again in the future. We really recommend Hamacho Hotel. Thank you so much for all staff at Hamacho Hotel.

    The location to the hotel is near to Tokyo station. If you are arriving from Narita or Haneda with very heavy baggage then be sure to take the elevators at the Yaesu central exit and walk 5 mins to hotel. If you have light baggage take Yaesu exit 26 and turn right, about 1 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

    The room and bed was a decent size for the price and the location. There are plenty of good restaurants around and the hotel restaurant does an awesome breakfast. Only short walk to 3 different train stations, including Tokyo Station. Definitely would stay again.

    Excellent location, around 5-7 minutes walking distance to Hanzomon metro station. From there Tokyo station is easily reached in a few stops by changing line. (just to flag that Exit 2 of Hanzomon, the one closest to the hotel, does not have elevator and there are steep stairs to get outside). Convenience stores are nearby. Room was clean (single room has the small standard size of Japanese hotels). Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend it!
