We loved the staff in whole hotel. Mr Thoeun gave us a very warm welcome and also very good recommendations. Everyone was very helpful. The a la carte breakfast was very good. The pool was nice after a day outside to cool down.

Really nice hotel, perfect to relax after visiting Angkor Wat, nice pool area, very huge rooms, only five minutes walking distance to the city center. The stuff was very polite and friendly! We highly recommend!

I was so sad that the hotel was booked and I could stay just for a night.. The location and comfort of the hotel was excellent - great rooms, nice view from the little balcony of the hotel and really comfortable bed. The staff were nice and helpful.

The location was great and a short walk to pub street for coffee, dinner or drinks. The hotel itself offers great cocktails, coffee, tea and lunch/dinner. By far their commitment to sustainable practices like providing reusable water bottles and on-site filtered water left an positive impression on us during our stay.

    The Urban absolutely exceeded our expectations. The staff are an 11/10 - so friendly, always saying hello and wanting to help. The manager, Sam, was fantastic - so kind and attentive. The location is also great - very close to the night market, old market, and Pub Street. The price was also a selling point. The hotel rooms themselves were well appointed and exactly what you'd expect from the photos online. We will definitely be back next time we are in Siem Reap!

    The hotel was great. Our room was a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroon appartment with all the facilities. Everything was new and clean. Rooms were very ample. The staff was always very helpful. Very good location, 2 minutes walking from Night Market and very close to Old Market and Pub Street. I would definitely choose it again.

They take care of you from the time you check in until you check out! can store your stuff at the lobby after checking out! Location is really good close to a lots good restaurant! and only 5 to 8mins to Pub street and Old market. After a long day from tour! i tried their massage service which is really good ! top recommend!

    The Chateau d'Angkor is a beautiful old building of grand proportions. The rooms are huge and luxurious with lots of small extra touches to make the stay so special. We extended our time here because it was such an exceptional experience and so centrally placed. It was an easy walk to lots of good places to eat and the Old Market, Pub street and the river. The complimentary breakfast was very fresh and beautifully presented. The staff could not have been more helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

    This hotel is right next to the the royal gardens and a short walk from the canal streetfoot alley, the Old Market and a temple. There is a TukTuk stop outside the hotel, which can take you around the city. They offer a 1 hour tour.... The hotel has a central court yard with a Qui pond (with fish) a on site resturant, and gym. The rooms are large enough with a walkup shower and bath. Most have balconies and there are little nooks in the halways to sit and relax. The staff are helpful and are able to help with whatever you need.

    This hotel was cozy and in a great location. I went from the 14th of May till the 18th and had a great time. The rooms were spacious and the pool looked great. The staff were exceptional and always present when you needed them. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from pub street and the old market. Great food options right next door and in the surrounding areas. It is also just 25 minutes away via tuktuk to Angkor Wat. Also to note. I felt very safe at this hotel.

    Probably one of the best places to stay in Siem Reap, but in a more trendy hostel/hotel place rather than a traditional and expensive hotel. Everything is very new and very nice. It's a short walk or TukTuk ride to the busy part of town near Pub Street and the Old Market. I highly recommend you do the cooking classes and ATV tours while in town too but you might have to organise them yourself.
