We loved everything about the Madilao…it was just what we needed to wind up our Laos stay. Rooms were spacious, spotless quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts offered a good choice and served on the patio near the pool was a lovely touch. The pool was also very welcome, clean and cool. The shuttle into town in the evening was also welcome and they even organised a trip to the waterfall for us. They provide bikes for free use, which we didn’t use, but they looked in good condition. The ride share company Loca was cheap and easy to use for other times, such as the airport which is close by. Would we stay again? Yes!

The location is great. Very quiet and still close to everything. The view on the Mekong is great. Room was perfect! Staff was very nice! You can rent bikes from there too.

Clean rooms and showers had good water pressure. The host was really lovely and accommodating. free water and the free breakfast was great too! having a mini fridge was really nice too. upstairs had comfortable chairs to chill on
