There's really nothing here, it's very disappointing, well, more boring than disappointing. I don't know what I was expecting and I kept thinking I must be missing something. You're basically going to be on one quite dull beach or the other, separate by the road leading the island village with the permanently locked door to keep you out - fair enough. In the end I went to a cafe called Olive and had a beer which was the highlight! Nice to see it from the top - from the viewpoint on the mountain road above it. Island itself is closed so no point of actually driving down there and paying for parking (very expensive). The hotel is very well located, 15 min walk from old town, 20 min walk from Mogren Beach and 15, 20 min by car/taxi (depending on traffic) from Sveti Stefan. Across the street there is a market and good pizza. The underground parking was a plus for us because we came by car. The breakfast was delicious. It was exceptionally clean and the bedroom (we had the superior double) was large and comfortable. The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful either, helping us plan out beach days and how to get there as we did not have a car (head towards Sveti Stefan area). Breakfast was really good too. Gala family gave us such a warm welcome with home made food and brandy, they were very helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
