We choose this over two other 5 stars in KLCC and was not disappointed. The check in was smooth at 3 am and good room service menu at this time of the night. The staff was unobtrusive during breakfast, room service and dinner but attentive. The children were offered hot chocolate on arrival and the setup was amazing from sending the large screen tv to us in swimming pool to prompt cleaning of our room. This will be our hotel to stay in KL from now on.

The hotel has a good location, beautiful street. All attractions are nearby. There is a green area not far from the hotel. The apartments were perfectly clean, with unobtrusive daily cleaning. The apartment had absolutely everything necessary for living, they refreshed coffee, water, and even laundry detergent every day. The apartment is quiet, no noises distracted. Excellent pool area on the 5th floor. Good breakfasts, on the 48th floor with a beautiful view. I would like to separately note the work of the staff. Everyone is very professional, the service is one of the best.

During our vacation my husband has broken his leg, and this was the only hotel which provided us so much support that I was shocked. They provided us a wheelchair for free, helped with the luggage, always helped with elevators, dining etc. Very friendly personnel, great room (spacious and comfortable), good environment, close to the center. IHG is my favorite holding, I am now sure that they really care about their guests.

Location ( near our independence square/stadium) , second tallest buildings in the world , friendly staff, room at 101 floors, swimming pool at 99th floor, great view from every corner of the hotel, huge room with full amenities, great people working at this hotel, great food, really glad to stay on August 08 because it was the hotel first night to accept guests plus August is my birthday, plus so close to other tourist attractions. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will plan to visit again.

    Great shopping available with far less people and awesome...

    Great shopping available with far less people and awesome bars and restaurants around in Bangsar Baru. Worth taking the time to visit Bangsar Baru and browse BV and BVII, then to have lunch or dinner in Bangsar Baru after you're done shopping. Bangsar Village has a great supermarket too, Neal's Yard Remedies and Bangsar Village II has an awesome local designer (Fern) creating batik clothes and accessories.

    The apartment was spotless, modern and very comfortable. The host provided clear instructions and check in was smooth. The building has a nice rooftop pool, a well equipped gym and a cozy lounge area perfect for chilling. Location wise, it’s just a short walk to Bangsar Village Mall and tons of trendy cafes and restaurants like VCR Coffee and Antipodean. We also enjoyed the nearby Bangsar Baru market for local food.
