Staff is so curtious. Hospitality is amazing, especially Kiki ( Muhammad Rafique) is an excellent guy who always ready to support. Its very clean and all staff is call away for room service all the time. Strongly recommend.

    For non local KL people or plain outright foriegners - to cross Jalan Bukit Bintang to get to Pavilion from Marriott Hotel side / - there is a underground walkway from one of the major boutique stores inside Farenheit. Or Just ask a local if you can spot them.
