Staff is so curtious. Hospitality is amazing, especially Kiki ( Muhammad Rafique) is an excellent guy who always ready to support. Its very clean and all staff is call away for room service all the time. Strongly recommend.

    The facilities were very good. Kitchen, gym and restaurant in the hotel. For a small gym, it was very well equipped. It was modern and very clean which was perfect. Rooms were decent size and had everything you needed. Location is decent if you like a walk, 10-15 min walk from the centre of Chinatown, 30 mins walk from KLCC park

    Located at the foot of the Petronas Twin Towers and the large KLCC park and Mall, the MO is well located. The hotel is impressive with truly beautiful common areas, lounges, restaurants and foyer. The infinity pool is great with plenty of seating and a nice pool restaurant. The breakfast buffet was great with a fabulous range of international cuisine.

    The property was in a good location being only 10 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. Walk the short cut to the towers and KLCC park through the car park next to the Grand Hyatt where hop on hop off stop number 10 is. Club lounge was good value. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Wished we had found Back street food in alley way directly behind the hotel earlier. Found it Sunday when it was closed. Convenience store on site handy. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed comfortable.

    From booking to check out, everything went smoothly. The host was professional, the unit spotless and the building truly 5 star. We used the BBQ area, sky gym and even the library space during our stay. Location good. Walking distance to KLCC Park, KL Tower Sky Deck and Tapak Urban Street Dining which have amazing food trucks.

    The unit was super clean and exactly like the photos, sleek modern design and comfy bed. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Avenue K, KLCC Park and the rail station. We used Grab for longer distances and most rides were under RM10. The building has a great gym and a cozy lounge area near the lobby. I spent most of the day lounging by the rooftop pool and taking photos of the Twin Towers
