Beautiful interiors, thoughtful customer experience around the room, easy to check in and accessible location. Bed was comfy, there was a heater in the room.

Everything was great! The only thing I found strange was to pay the capuccino with almond milk (it was available the coffe long black from the machine) but I don't like that coffee and I am allergic to the cow's milk that was available. But it's not a big issue.

Everything is precisely thought and the service is one of the best i have ever seen. The room is amazing and huge, with a lot of top tier details. The complimentary amenities at the room and the afternoon drinks and canapes is the icing on the cake. i also loved the indian-african restaurant from the hotel. The location is the best in town.

beautiful designed room even had a beautiful balcony overlooking snowy mountain peaks and Gondola. loved it generous rooms with beautiful furnishings. small luxury hotel of the world. amazing breakfast even that was exquisite with fresh compote fruits and yogurts fresh breads jams and croissants daily. coffee drinks and juices downstairs daily free happy hour. “this hotel” do yourself a favour and stay here. right next to Queenstown Botanical gardens, easy stroll down through gardens and down to the waterfront bars and bistros. hardly need a car. we managed to get an on site park every time. the staff are gracious and kind can’t do enough for you. beautiful hotel great find. we stayed at the Hilton also and it’s the next best thing. love love love. oh our suite had a balcony and jet / spa bath.

The new multistory carpark was good, you get a discount if you present your gondola ticket - it was certainly cheaper than nearby street carparks that were $6 per 30 minutes!! Gondola perhaps a little overpriced but does have a magnificent view.

Gondola was easy to use and views over the lake and mountains on trip up and down was great. Recommend buying a pass as we travelled up and down many times a day. Luge was such an adrelean rush and challenging to go faster, great fun for the competitive.

i can not believe that the road works around the gondola were just atrocious my wife who is a partly paraplegic with a mobility pass could not even get to go on the gondola as there was no where to park as a truck who was working in the area had parked length wise across 7 angle parks including mobility parks so it was just too hard so we left.
